Illinois said land is to be accounted for by said Joseph Smith at the ratio that he sells again 80 acres at twenty one twenty Dollars pr acre and the ballance to be adjusted hereafter when sale is made then the price is to be fixt and the further arrangmt made that is necessary this is however a full conveyance of my right to the premises to all intents and purposes and my paper will be taken at par so far as they are held or taken up by Joseph Smith as from Erie Rhodes or his executors or assigns as witness my hand & seal this first day of July AD 1842
