An ordinance to remunerate for Land occupied by a street.
Sec 1. Be it ordained by the city council of the city of that the mayor be, and he is hereby authorized to make unto , a good and sufficient deed for the land lying on the river side of Lot No 4, in Block 151, and occupied as a street, in the original survey of the town plot of the city of , on condition that the said make a good and sufficient deed to the city of , for the land which the street now occupies
