In Consideration of Two hundred Dollars to me to be paid as follows viz: Thirty Dollars on demand— Eighty five Dollars with interest on the first day of November Eighteen and forty. and Eighty five Dollars with interest on the first day of November Eighteen hundred and forty four— I of Hancock County State of Illinois do hereby obligate myself my heirs, Executors, administrators and assigns to make and execute a good and suficient warantee waranty deed to , his heirs executors administrators or assigns for all that Lot of Land Known on the map of Said Town of as Lot No one on Block one hundred and fifty Seven. And for the performance of this obligation I hereby bind myself— my heirs— executors, administrators, and assigns in the penal sum of Four Hundred Dollars. This bond to be in full force and virtue provided that above mentioned payments be well and duly made at the periods of time above Specified. Otherwise to be null and void. Witness my hand hand and Seal this twenty fifth day of September one Thousand Eight hundred and Thirty nine
