Circuit Court. Judgment for costs against the on dismissal of cause, Fee Bill issued August 16st 1844 directed to the of Ills. and numbered 1616, which said Fee Bill was afterwards Levied upon Lot 3 in Block 9 in Welles addition to Excepting 14 feet by 16 feet lying in the North West corner, and which said Lot of ground was sold on the 15th day of April 1845. to for the full satisfaction of said Fee Bill and all costs. Now Therefore, I, , Sheriff of having received of the sum of Ten Dollars in full for the redemption of the above described Town Lots from said sale, the said being a subsequent purchaser of the said premises, I do hereby declare the same Redeemed from said sale, Given under my hand and seal this 23rd day of February A. D. 1846.
