whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and Confirm unto the said Joseph Smith, as sole Trustee in Trust for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, party of the Second part, his successors in office and assigns forever, all that tract or parcel of Land, situate and being in the county of in the state of known and described as follows, to wit: The North half of Lot Number four in Block Number one hundred and sixteen of the City of Together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining.
