This Indenture, made and entered into, This third day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty Two between Joseph Smith, as sole Trustee in Trust, for the Church of Jesus Christ of latter Day Saints, of the County of , and State of of the First part, and Elias Harmer, of the County of of and of aforesaid, of the Second part, Witnesseth that the said Joseph Smith, party of the First part, for and in consideration of the sum of Nine hundred dollars to him in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto the said Elias Harmer, party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, all that tract or parcel of Land, situate and being in the County of in the State of known and described as follows, to wit.
