All of the North East quarter of section number eight in Township number six north of Range Number eight west of the fourth principal Meridian, excepting thirty seven Acres in the south West corner of said quarter which is described as follows commencing at the south West corner of the aforesaid quarter and running thence East Eighty Rods; thence North Seventy four, thence West Eighty rods, thence South Seventy four rods to the place of beginning being as before stated thirty seven acres.
