Upon appeal, this and other case documents from the justice of the peace court were forwarded to the , Illinois, circuit court and filed in 1842. This document apparently remained in the custody of the circuit court until at least 1979 and was missing by 1998. The location of the document is unknown.
The image featured here is a photocopy of the original document obtained by Richard and Pamela Price in 1968.
