D. 1850 by his deed of that date and also on the 18th. day of May A.D. 1850 by his other deed of that date for valuable considerations in said deeds named and then paid therefor, conveyed the same premises to this Respondant Isaac S. Sanders which said last 2 deeds are herewith filed marked exhibits “J” and “K” and made a part of this answer.
That said Joseph Smith deceased on the 15th. day of March 1843 by his deed of that date for a valuable consideration therein named conveyed all his interest in the East 1/2 of fr. lot No. 4 in said Block 159 to one
